Where are the servers?
That's probably one of the most asked questions that our customers have queried for. The servers are collocated in Dallas, Texas at the Colo4Dallas Facility.

The datacenter is cooled and heated 24-hours a day for an optimal environment.

What are the server specifications?
As we do not like to overflow our servers, we have currently stopped selling our windows based servers. The specifications below are for the linux server.

What about connectivity?
The web server runs on a 100Mbps connection cable which is never sent over its limit. We always make sure that the server is stable enough before adding new accounts.

How do we manage for uptime?
To ensure that we have the best uptime, we do regular checks on our server. Rest assured, we might sound geeky but we are always monitoring our servers, 24/24 and 7/7!
